BUSINESS MANAGER

ABI RESOURCES & SERVICES PTE LTD is an engineering company dedicated to the Energy sector. In order to support its rapid growth in Asia, ABI is looking to welcome a new Business Manager for its Singaporean Branch with regional responsibilities.

Here below your main task but no limited to it:

Business Development responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing business leads
• Grow sales in current clients
• Hunt and find new clients
• Participate to the marketing and sales strategy
• Do market intelligence studies
• Prepare prices, and offers
• Prepare weekly reporting,

Management responsibilities:

• Managing a multicultural team of employees and consultants
• Supervising profit and margin of your own activity and profit centre

HR responsibilities:

• Having an active role on recruiting with our recruitment department
• Selecting & recruiting new employees and consultants
• Being in charge of employees’ career evolution and salaries

Required education & skills:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering or business
• a track record in Business development and sales
• proficiency in Oil and Gas and Energy technical fields and at least 5 years’ experience
• a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
• like having ambitious goal
• You are proficiency in French, German, English and Spanish as candidate will interact a lot with European and Latin America stakeholders and industries players.
