In the frame on the growing recruitment hub in Singapore, the Recruiter Lead, under the responsibility of the Business Development Director, has the responsibility to source and provide accurate candidates to be outsourced to ABI Resources clients.
The Recruiter Lead is also responsible to structure and improve the efficiency and productivity of the recruitment department in accordance with operations Director orientations.
He/she masters the tools like LinkedIn recruiter, oil/gas job search, job banks and other online data base to maximize the candidate search throughout the region.
Recruitment / HR Sourcing:
- Searching for suitable CVs on various job-boards/networks and matching these profiles with the needs requested by Clients.
- Preparing job ads and processing applications.
- Identifying and making proper qualification of potential candidates.
- Holding interviews phone and / or physical with selected local and international candidates.
- Submitting on time and under ABI quality system CVs/profiles to Sales Managers in order to match with the customer’s needs and requirements.
- Organise job fair exhibitions and attend recruitment events
Update and maintenance of the candidate’s database (CRM).
- Working with Company’s Data Base (CRM),
- Processing of incoming CVs in our data base,
- Monitoring CVs placed on different joboard / networks,
Provide a weekly reporting of the recruitment activities both in Singapore, SEA and the rest of the world.
