• Over 30 years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects within TotalEnergies Group.
• Extensive expertise in all kinds of Projects; LNG Plant, Onshore facilities, offshore platforms, Gas Plants, VLCC conversion, FPSOs, Turrets, Living Quarters and T&I.
• Proficient in managing projects efficiently from CFT, bid evaluation and contract awards phases up to their execution phase (engineering, procurement and construction) to final completion, pre-commissioning and hand over to Operations.
• Familiar to work in complex, international and multicultural environments and in transverse organization.
• Able to challenge any worldwide class Contractor (Saipem, HHI, Sembawang…) in all project aspects: contractual, financial, commercial, planning, technical, constructability, resources, methodology, organization…
• Competency in Management Strategy and Operational safety.
• Proven leadership with managerial skills, able to lead a team of more 100 collaborators (Engineers, Superintendents, supervisors).
• Senior expertise in Project Organization, Project Governance and Project Control.
• Recently Senior Consultant in Oil & Gas project Management for Total Energies and Boston Consulting Group
