With his strong technical background and Time Served exposure in Onshore-Offshore Construction, Offshore Installation and hook ups, Subsea Pipeline/ Technical Advice and Bid Estimation, Quality Assurance Quality Control, Project Management and Co-ordination, Production Control, Logistical Operations, Specialized Manpower Recruitment and Training Mr Rama, saw the many challenges faced by the industry when it came to reliable and efficient recruitment, training, and deployment.
